1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Data Protection"), your personal data is processed by the business from which you receive the service in its capacity as data controller . The Grow4Me platform acts on behalf of and under the instructions of these businesses in its capacity as data processor .

Grow4Me is an infrastructure provider. The business using the assistant is the controller of its own customer data and configures the Data Protection parameters through its own panel.

3. Personal Data Processed

Depending on the nature of the service, the following data may be processed:

  • Identity and contact: Full name, phone number, email address.
  • Transaction information: Your conversations with the assistant, your requests and questions.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, usage logs.

4. Purposes of Processing

  • Responding to your requests and questions and routing them to the right unit.
  • Carrying out appointment, application and lead processes.
  • Measuring and improving service quality.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Legal Grounds and Transfer

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Data Protection, within the framework of the conclusion of a contract, legitimate interest and explicit consent. To the extent necessary to provide the service, your data may be shared with authorized technical infrastructure providers; where legally required, it may be transferred to authorized public authorities.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. When the purpose no longer applies or the legal retention period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Data Protection, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request its correction or deletion, to object to the processing and to request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

8. Application Method

You can submit your requests to the business from which you receive the service, or to [email protected] via our contact page . Your applications are concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
